Johan Stenevad

…lives with his family in Kangos by the scenic Lainio river.
He was born and raised in Sandviken. Since 1993, he has lived in Kangos, 130 kilometers south of Kiruna.

Johan began to design and handcraft knives 1998. He has recently started his own buisness, Stenevads Consulting. Johan also runs another buisness in tourism together with his wife Eva and the neighbours Maria and Peter - Lapland Incentive AB.

He is a member in the Svensk Knivförening (Swedish Knife Organization) and a chairman in the Kangos Hembygdsförening (a local folk organization).

And, of course, Johan is also an ardent fan of Sweden’s best hockey team - Leksands IF.
